No Liability for Courier-Related Delays

The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Picor is not responsible or liable for any delay, rescheduling, misrouting, or failed delivery caused by the courier service.
• Once the package is handed over to the courier, the responsibility of delivery timelines lies entirely with the courier partner.
• No compensation, refund, or liability will be accepted or entertained by Picor for:
  • Delay beyond estimated timeline
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Rescheduling due to courier logistics
  • Unserviceable or unreachable locations
  • Delivery attempted at an incorrect address due to customer error
